Passover represents the betrothal of the bride.  Pentecost encompasses/represents the empowerment of the bride. Tabernacles is the wedding.
Counting the Omer represents getting rid of what we think is good.

Word becoming flesh. For most it takes total brokenness in order to apprehend that which we are apprehended by.  For most it takes a long time.  John the Baptist had to lose his head.
It’s only in union, when we are no longer in the picture, that the word becomes flesh.
