Romans 4:13-14   Prudence and law say 1+1=2.  Faith says otherwise.
Isaiah 1:1-14  The Lord hates the feasts and sacrifices when the mystery is not seen.
Isaiah 66:1-4  We make the cross a vain thing when we think we’ve arrived and haven’t even begun the journey.  We make anything vain when we retain self (our own idolatry).
1 Cor 1:10  be of one mind

Phil. 2:1  Made himself of “no reputation”, void, empty.  I.e. He saw its emptiness, he buried prudence, carefulness and lived by faith.
