Gen. 29:10  Jacob didn’t use his own name.  If you haven’t struggled with your identity, you haven’t realized you are out of joint, i.e. your identity is “the way of the snake”.  You/we are the way of the snake.
Gen. 32:27  Even after we realize who we really are, there is still a struggle.
