Colossians 2: 4 – 12  Two major heresies.  One was that the New Testament was only a parable.
John 3: 1 – 13  The bride is composed of those whose only life is Christ.
The mind of Christ is emptiness, filled only by the Holy Spirit. This is why the Lord’s Prayer is so important – “deliver me from evil, from the evil one” deliver us from ourselves.
Luke 4: 1   “You are they that have continued with me in my temptation.” His temptation was to change his point of view slightly from the Father to the human race.  Fundamentally to take his eyes off the Father and focus on men’s suffering.

The Lord’s Prayer (continued)
Matt 6:9  hallowed – How do we hallow his name?
Phil 3: 17 – 21
Gen 3  By thy belly shall thou be led
The snake is a metaphor for our minds. We’re always eating dust in our minds.
Repentance is constant, it’s not a one time act.
Matt 18: 1 – 4  Except you become as little children, you can’t enter the kingdom of heaven.
We need to see where we are not becoming as little children and repent.

The Lord’s Prayer
Matt 6: 9  How do we hallow the Father’s name? He put his name above every other name or situation, that he is the first cause of everything.
We must forgive from the heart every person or situation.
Matt 26: 36 – 41  Pray that you enter not into temptation
1 Cor 10: 1  We shouldn’t put Christ to the test for the purpose of approving him.
2 Peter 2: 1  We deny Christ by saying we exist.

Acts 21: 27 – 22: 30  Paul spoke to the crowd and when they heard him speak in Hebrew, they kept silent as he witnessed his testimony of belief and what had happened to him. Until he mentioned that he was sent to the Gentiles, then all hell broke loose.
